Good business practices are in sync with oral history ethics! We can operate in solidarity with our peers and the people we interview by designing anti-exploitative practices.
We make oral history work transparent! It’s only by naming what we do — in tangible terms — that we can create the conditions for more (and better) jobs.
Discussing the value of our labor and how much to charge for it is how we enact economic transparency and accessibility. Solidarity forever!
